Keep a bottle of water by your bedside. The moment you wake up, drink the lot and feel the body replenish.

A few years ago I read a book called the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, who spoke about the importance of drinking water the moment you wake up. At the time I was probably drinking about 2 cups a day and the rest of the time was consuming coffee's, tea's, soft drinks and alcohol. Once I made a decision to stop all the above, my life started to turn around and I could feel my body replenishing. I had more energy, more stamina, and I didn't feel tired all the time. It was only when I read Miracle Morning, that I made the significant change to my mindset.
In the book it talks about the importance of shocking your system with a small bottle of water as you wake up. The method is to hydrate your insides that have been starved of H2O for 6+ hours, by waking them up the moment you do.
I adopted this method around 5 years ago, and have never missed a day. I travel around the world regularly, and I make it part of my daily habit to drink at least 4 bottles in 24 hours. I've been told that even that is not enough, but I'm only 5'6 so lets not get to carried away.
Add Apple Cider Vinegar
Two years ago, I was in a really bad place with one of my tenants, who had decided she was going to stop paying the rent on one of my properties and leave me going through the courts to get her out.
Who ever has been through this dilemma will know its not a pleasant one, and can be very costly. After many visits to negotiate a (GET OUT) deal, I agreed on a financial incentive to remove her, which was the only way we would have her out in time to avoid anymore grief.
The reason I told you this story was because of the gentleman we were recommended to handle the transaction and the eviction. The only way I can describe this man is to say, he was like a Shaolin Monk, physically fit, who was in total peace within himself and his surroundings. He introduced himself as Raj, and told me to relax, he was going to organise everything, even if it took all day.
During the 7 hours we sat outside in a car waiting, we started to talk about hobbies, habits and life. He was a fascinating man with so much wisdom. When I mentioned the Miracle Morning concept I had adopted, he told me the winning formula that would change my life forever.
He said "add a tea spoon of apple cider vinegar to your morning bottle of water, and you'll never be ill again".
It's been 3 years since I got that advice and I have followed it meticulously. Genuinely I haven't been ill once, since starting the method. I was advised to only by the apple cider vinegar from Holland & Barrett due to its quality, but I'm not here to plug a brand just the method.
